Both are in the works today, the first reminds me of Chinatown in Boston and the second reminds me of bakeries in Providence and Cranston, RI. Results later.
I have always been obsessed with food and its connection to culture. When cooking dinner I pull out a couple of basic ingredients and say "Which ethnicity tonight?" I am married to a University of Florida graduate student who eats nearly everything I cook and I have a school aged daughter who will eat nearly anything that I haven't dumped chiles on.
